Optoma GT1080 1080p 3D DLP Gaming Projector Review - All of us love this projector! That may be all you really REQUIRE to know. The remaining is merely details.
It has a great picture! First off, My spouse and i is projecting about 5-6' from the wall. I actually painted the wall a low-sheen very light gray. With this being a short-throw projector, the display is about 9' diagonally! It makes for a great screen. Bluray 1080 p has the best picture naturally, HD 720p appears excellent too. Don't even get one of these SD picture on a screen this big. No projector in the world can make that look good. Movies are awesome to watch on it. I have also watched several football video games and been quite satisfied.
There is no "lag" or "shadowing" that We notice. The kids (and I) play video video games upon it too. the game titles look amazing on this! When we play MarioKart in four player function we each have our 55" screen to use! It's awesome! It is obviously a hub for friends. I never knew it could be so fun (and inexpensive) to experience a theatre in our house.
The bottom line is this: you cannot be unsatisfied with this projector. The picture is amazing, dazzling, and very fluid. Presently there are no loud followers (the fan is scarcely audible) to bother you. It shows up strong in a well lighted room and appears amazing in a dark room. It is ultra lightweight.
I research and research and then research more when I'm making a sizable purchase like this. My spouse and i obsess (as my better half would say) over all the details and technical specs before I make a purchase. I rely greatly on reviews like this. You don't need to obsess. Buy this one and be happy with this problem.: )

The first image (football game) was before I decorated the wall. The second image is when the wall structure was half-painted. I include that so you can see what a big difference the wall paint makes. I ordered the coloring online from Home Lager for approximately $6. Only search theater screen color.
